The brief
This bedroom required some designer love and attention to bring a cocooning homely feel to a chilly space.
A lack of storage had to be addressed, but Zôe wanted it to feel pretty as well as practical reflecting her character and warmth.
The solution
We interpreted the candy palette into soft sunset peach and pink tones to bring warmth and love. Using the riverside sky-scape as inspiration we suggested a tree-scape wall mural. Stylish scallops feature in the bedlinen and painted border around the top of the walls.
Simple storage was designed into the scheme with fluted fronts that Zôe had to omit but she retained the smart finishes at the touch points such as handles and light switches to give the boat a luxe feel.
